It\u2019s Monica’s<\/a> last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monica<\/a> made a card with Lawn Fawn Baked with love<\/a> and Sprinkled With Joy<\/a> clear stamp sets along with the Stinkin’ Cute Set<\/a> to make the heart garland. She covered the center of the biscuits with Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops<\/a>, to give the jam a glossy effect, and added a wooden shelf to host all the elements. As a last touch she added a few Simon Moonshine Sequins<\/a> for sparkle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> wishes you could order up a cup of crafty inspiration whenever the creative well runs dry! She made a card reflecting that hope using Papertrey Ink’s Brew to Go<\/a> die set, Prima Gouache paint<\/a>, and Vicki Boutin’s Color Study<\/a> paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin <\/a>created three lollipops using Simon Says Stamp Mix and Match Circles stamp set<\/a>. The bright background was done with Simon Says Stamp Twirling embossing folder<\/a> and colored with Distress Watercolor Pencils<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> chose an Etcetera Tag for her project inspired by Alice in Wonderland (freely inspired!). She used three dies by Tim Holtz Sizzix: Papercut Cafe<\/a>, Tailored<\/a>, Celebrate Colorize Thinlits Dies<\/a>. Alice is an Idea-Ology Paper Doll painted with a mix of Alcohol Inks, Monsoon<\/a> and Patina<\/a>. In the background, you can spy Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Layering Stencil Harlequin<\/a> together with Ranger Ink Distress Grit Paste Translucent<\/a>, Embossing Glaze Antique Linen<\/a> and Speckled Egg<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a tea themed wall hanging using the Tim Holtz Papercut Cafe<\/a> dies. She created her background with Distress Spray Stain in Spun Sugar<\/a>. She painted each cup with a different pattern using Distress Paints<\/a> and added a sentiment created with the new Alphanumeric Bulletin<\/a> letters and a tiny heart from the Stacked Hearts<\/a> dies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> created a tag using a mix up of Sizzix dies from Tim Holtz including Bunny Games<\/a>, Papercut Cafe,<\/a> Layered Plaid<\/a> and Framed Tags<\/a>. Her stacked teacups were coloured with Distress Inks <\/a>before adding Distress Glaze<\/a> over the top to create an enamelled effect and she finished her project with the “Perfection” stamp from the Stampers Anonymous\/Tim Holtz Eccentric stamp set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> made a trio of cards to celebrate CAKE, her favourite food group using Tim Holtz Distress Oxides and stencils to create the backgrounds and Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Celebrate Colorize<\/a>, Brushstroke Flowers Mini<\/a> and Alphanumeric Bulletin<\/a>, Bold<\/a> and Tiny Type Lower<\/a> Thinlits to decorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a>made a card using a new Tim Holtz Papercuts Cafe Die Set<\/a>. She blended Peacock Feathers<\/a> and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink<\/a> onto the die cut pieces. For the background she used Tim Holtz Splatters<\/a>, Dot Fade<\/a> and Mini Set 5 Stencils<\/a>. She finished with some machine stitching and a sentiment from a Simon Says Stamp Coffee and Tea Clear Stamp Set.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> made a set of card with mushrooms using Katzelkraft Mushpignons<\/a> stamps and cut a part of the images with Tim Holtz Sizzix Framed Tags<\/a> die. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> made an art journal page with a fun look at tea. She used the Tim Holtz Sizzix Papercut Cafe<\/a> and Gentlemen Thinlit dies<\/a>, along with an image from a tea catalog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a hello card using Stamperia KLIMT 6×6 Paper<\/a> on the background, and decorated it with the beer image from Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps BEER BLUEPRINT<\/a> and the sentiment from CZ Design Wafer Dies BASIC TRIO<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Tim Holtz Layering Stencil Splatters<\/a> to add texture to her tag’s background. She then used Ground Espresso Distress Oxide<\/a> , Antique Linen<\/a> and Frayed Burlap<\/a> to add color. From an used coffee filter she die cut the feathers using Feathery Thinlits<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
