It\u2019s Lori’s<\/a> last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lori’s<\/a> classic Christmas cards were created using Impression Obsession\u2019s<\/a> Pooh Wreath<\/a> and Piglet and Eeyore Tree<\/a> stamp sets. She stamped the images twice in Versafine Clair Acorn ink<\/a>, painted with watercolors<\/a>, then fussy cut out one of each image with Tim Holtz Mini Snips<\/a>. Finally, she dabbed on some Snowfall Holiday Grit Paste<\/a>, added foam tape<\/a> to pop up the images, then die cut the paintings using Master Layouts 8<\/a> dies and layered on top of red, green, and brown cardstock<\/a> to form the A7 cards.  Merry Christmas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a quick and easy Christmas card using one of Prima’s <\/a>Candy Cane Lane 3×4 Journaling Cards<\/a>. The tree and sentiment came from a Poppy Stamps<\/a> Whittle Forest Reindeer Stamps and Dies Kit<\/a> and the star topper is from a Simon Says Stamp <\/a>Stars Wafer Die Set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a Christmas card with a snow theme using the fun Simon Says Stamp Let It Snow stamp set<\/a>. The focal image was stamped with Distress Oxide Inks <\/a>and the card was embellished with Simon Says Stamp Winter Flurries.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> made a couple of festive tags with a very vintage mood. She used Tim Holtz Sizzix Framed Tags Thinlits Dies<\/a>, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Festive Collage CMS 459 stamps set<\/a>, Idea-ology Christmas Paper Dolls<\/a>, Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Ink Pad Woodsy<\/a>, Ranger Ink Distress Watercolor Pencils<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a bright and cheerful tag using the Tim Holtz Sizzix Framed Tags<\/a> dies. She combined Salvaged Patina<\/a> Distress Archival and Antique Linen Distress Ink to create her tag. She added layers from the Modern Festive<\/a> Thinlints, and a sentiment from the Christmas Cutouts<\/a> dies. To complete her tag she added some spatters of Picket Fence Distress Paint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> used Tim Holtz products to create a project full of joy and added layer upon layer to her Mini Etcetera Tag<\/a>, which was covered with Christmas Collage Tiles<\/a>. The layers included a Size 8 tag<\/a>, that she textured with Translucent Crackle Paste<\/a> applied through the Numeric Layering Stencil<\/a> and she also added Christmas Botanical Layers<\/a> to frame the Christmas Paper Doll image<\/a> before completing the project with a Bold Text Die Cut<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> created Wintry Night Sky Christmas cards with a neutral palette using Tim Holtz \/Stampers Anonymous Moon Mask Stencils<\/a>, BottleBrush Trees<\/a> and Holiday Sketchbook<\/a> stamps and added a pop of red with the sentiment and Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Swirling Stars<\/a> Thinlits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a>made a Winter Wonderland card using a Tim Holtz Mr Frost<\/a> and Darling Deer Die Sets<\/a>. For the background she used a Brutus Monroe Twinkling Traditions Paper Pack<\/a>, a Simon Says Stamp Falling Snow Stencil<\/a>, Ranger Opaque Texture Paste<\/a> and Hero Arts Earth Safe Glitter<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> made a watercolor Christmas scene using Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous<\/a> <\/a>stamp set <\/a>and several shades of Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink pads<\/a>, she also heat embossed the entire image with Simon Says Stamp Clear Embossing Powder.<\/a>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> made a fun little Christmas decor piece using a Tim Holtz Square Vignette box<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Cozy Christmas Snowman Stamp<\/a>, and Simon Says Stamp Unicorn Confetti<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using the stamped from Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps HOLIDAY SCENES<\/a> on the background, colored it with Prima Marketing WATERCOLOR CONFETTI SET Art Philosophy<\/a>, and decorated it with Studio Katia CHUNKY SPARKLE Glitter<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used the newly released Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps Bottle Brush Trees<\/a> to decor the background of her tag. She also used Tim Holtz Idea-ology Christmas Layers<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Christmas Paper Dolls<\/a> to decorate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
