It\u2019s Rox’s<\/a> last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rox<\/a> created a back to school tag using Lindys Stamp Gang Magicals<\/a> an a Tim Holtz Focus Layering Stencil <\/a>for the background. She used a Tim Holtz Paper Doll<\/a> and Ephemera Card <\/a>and some pages from a real book. She added a Stay Curious Token <\/a>and a Tiny Clip<\/a> to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a card that celebrates the wonderful quest for knowledge! She used Mama Elephant’s Oh Hi Loopy Die Set<\/a> along with Altenew’s Notebook Die<\/a> and Dina Wakley’s Block Alpha Stamp Set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a school-themed mini book for her youngest son. The cover is made from a Tim Holtz Mini File Folder<\/a> and the book is embellished with idea-ology ephemera and Design Tape<\/a>. The focal image on the cover comes from Tim’s Schoolhouse Blueprint stamp set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> was inspired by Harry Potter and his School of witchcraft and wizardry, Hogwarts. She created a tag with a lot of magic elements! She used Tim Holtz Sizzix Vintage Labels Thinlits dies<\/a>, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Merchant CMS 331 Stamp set<\/a>, Tim Holtz Sizzix Brickwork 3D Embossing Folder<\/a>, Ranger Ink Foundry Wax Gilded Kit 1<\/a>, Tim Holtz Idea-ology Broomsticks.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> would only go back to school if it were art school! She created a card using the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Artful Tools<\/a> stamps on a background of Distress Inks<\/a> and Distress Oxide<\/a> Splatter. She finished her card with an inspirational sentiment from the Noteworthy<\/a> stamp set. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> is going back to school to celebrate her favourite subject, art and she used an idea-ology Square Vignette Box<\/a> to make a vintage style home decor piece. Over on her blog, you can check out how she covered the box with papers from the Tim Holtz Backdrops Vol 1<\/a> and Vol 3<\/a> sets before layering a Portrait Paper Doll<\/a> over Ruler Pieces<\/a> and a Stencil card<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> created a card with a school theme using Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Numbered 3D Texture Fade<\/a>, Collector<\/a> and Alphanumeric Theory<\/a> Thinlits, Stampers Anonymous Focus Layering Stencil<\/a>, Idea-ology Baseboard Doll<\/a>, Collector Layers<\/a>, Ephemera Memoir<\/a> and Eccentric Remnant Rubs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> made an old school classroom board with Tim Holtz Weird Science<\/a> stamping and embossing some formulas. She took quite time to fussycut the double rib and place them on a clear acetate. The frame around the board was made with Altenew Tree Bark 3D embossing folder<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> made a card for a teacher using Tim Holtz’s Schoolhouse Blueprint stamps<\/a>, Simon Says Stamp Soft Navy cardstock<\/a>, and Simon’s Schoolhouse Red cardstock.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Paper Rose WINTER STROLL 12×12 Paper Pad<\/a> on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology PAPER DOLLS PORTRAITS<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology TYPE CHIPS Embellishments<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
