Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for joining us for the Wild and Wonderful Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week we are challenging you to make something:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MASCULINE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it\u2019s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand\/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Tim Holtz<\/a>. You don\u2019t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp<\/a> are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! <\/a>All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week\u2019s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! This week we are welcoming the lovely Ann Chuang<\/a> aka Ann Chuang Crafts <\/a> into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ann<\/a> created a card using a masculine Tim Holtz Baseboard Doll<\/a> for the focus. For the background she used Tim Holtz Sizzix Typewriter 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder<\/a> along with  Distress Oxide Sprays<\/a> and Distress Spray Stain<\/a>. She embossed the raised part with Gold Embossing Powder<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> altered a Tim Holtz Mini File Folder<\/a> using a few of her favorite Tim Holtz stamp sets (Sideshow<\/a> and Halftone and Rings<\/a>). She got this handsome gent from Tim Holtz’s Photobooth<\/a> images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a tag this week, using a stamp from Tim Holtz Sideshow<\/a> as her focal point. Tim’s Linen Stencil<\/a> was used to add some of the background texture and the rest is stamped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> has created a card dedicated to love declined in a masculine way. To make it she used two heart dies by Tim Holtz Sizzix, Lovestruck<\/a> and Faceted Heart<\/a>, two stamp sets by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous, The Professor 2<\/a> and Observations<\/a>, Ranger Tim Holtz Archival Ink pad Mini kit 4<\/a> and 6<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> used all kinds of Tim Holtz Idea-ology to create her card including a Paper Dolls Portraits<\/a> as the focal point and the Circuit<\/a> Texture Fades colored with Statue<\/a> Foundry Wax as her background. She finished her card with a mixture of Memoir<\/a> Ephemera, Ephemera Snippets<\/a> and a Metallic <\/a>sticker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> altered a Stampers Anonymous Etcetera Tag<\/a> to create a ticket shape, which she used as a base for a vintage style plaque. She layered a Paper Doll Portrait<\/a> over a Stencil Card<\/a> and arranged Industrial Gears<\/a> and Sprocket Gears<\/a> around the image, which she aged with Distress Paints<\/a> and Foundry Wax<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> decided to dig in to some of Tim’s new Idea-ology products and decorated a Square Vignette Box<\/a> with Idea-ology Collage Tiles<\/a>, Eccentric Remnant Rubs<\/a>, Gauge Dials<\/a>, Paper Dolls<\/a>, Ephemera Number Strips<\/a> and Curator<\/a> Snippets and Big Talk Snarky Stickers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> went a little bit romantic with her love card using Tim Holtz Lovestruck<\/a> and Countdown<\/a> dies. She wrote LOVE on the arrow using Tim Holtz Alphanumeric Label<\/a> dies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Idea-ology PAPER DOLLS <\/a>MINI<\/a> on the background and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology WORD KEYS<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology WORD PLAQUES<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandra<\/a> made a birthday card for her brother using Distress Oxide Spray Speckled Egg<\/a>, Hickory Smoke<\/a>, Walnut Stain<\/a>, and mixed in Perfect Pearls Heirloom Gold<\/a>. She stacked the numbers of the Classic Lower Alphabet<\/a> set and gave it a shimmer with Metallique Wax Bronze Age<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used some of the new Ideaology 2022 items – Paper Dolls Portrait<\/a>, Gauge Dials<\/a> and Ephemera Pack Memoir<\/a> to decorate her tag. She also used Distress Oxide<\/a> to color the background and Distress Glaze<\/a> to color the paper doll portrait<\/p>\n\n\n\n
