Deborah<\/a>‘s project this week is called “Peeping at Spring.” She created the egg with tissue paper over a balloon, used the following Tim Holtz’s dies: Papercut chicks-colorize<\/a>, Wildflowers<\/a>, Wildflowers #2<\/a>, Wildflower Stems #1,<\/a> Wildflower Stems #2<\/a>, and Wildflower Stems #3<\/a>. Various distress ink spray stains were used to color both the chicks and the flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a bright and cheery card out of a black Dylusions Journaling Tag<\/a>. She decorated it with a Tim Holtz Flashcard<\/a> and Studio Light’s Border Patrol Out of This World die<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a card with two crocus flowers this week, celebrating the brightness of spring. She used the Simon Says Stamp Thoughtful Flowers stamp set <\/a>for the flowers and the Reverse Crackle Background stamp<\/a> together with Pawsitivily Saturated inks Trio 10<\/a> for the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> couldn’t resist creating a rainbow tag, perfect for this week’s theme! Gladys Colorize Thinlits Die by Tim Holtz Sizzix<\/a> is the fabulous star of her project! She used Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Layering Stencil Nature<\/a> to create the background mixed with Ranger Texture Paste Transparent Gloss.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> used one of her new favorite Reverse Confetti stamps, Friendly Florals<\/a> to create her colorful card. She stamped the florals and sentiment with Distress Archival Ink in Black Soot<\/a>. Then she colored in the florals using Distress Ink Reinkers<\/a> and a Detailer waterbrush<\/a>. She added Black Soot<\/a> Distress Paint splatter and dried with a heat tool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> used the wonderful Gladys Colorize Die by Tim Holtz and Sizzix<\/a> for her bright and cheerful tag<\/a>. Gladys is set against a background created using the Bouquet Layering Stencil<\/a> and Distress Crackle Paste<\/a>, coloured with Distress Stains, and then placed amongst die cut Large Funky Floral<\/a> foliage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> created a fun and whimsical slimline card with a bright and cheerful Easter Theme using Tim Holtz\/Sizzix PaperCut Chicks Colorize<\/a>, Bunny Games<\/a> and Simple Plaid<\/a> Thinlits and a sentiment from Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Spring Shadows<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> went totally light and pastel while making her card for the first day of Spring. She used Tim Holtz Sizzix Countdown<\/a> for the background and Pink Fresh Studio Stitched Scallop Circle<\/a> with Mama Elephant Foliage Frame<\/a> and Tim Holtz Sizzix Feathered Friends<\/a> dies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Oriental Gard 12 X 12 Paper<\/a> on the background and decorated it with Stamperia Alchemy Sun and Moon <\/a>Grayboard and Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Theories Quote Chips<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandra<\/a> used two bold colors for this card, Distress Spray Stain Crackling Campfire<\/a> and Salvaged Patina<\/a>, and the background is also bold by using lots of stamps like Halftone and Rings<\/a>, Entomology<\/a>, Dapper <\/a>and Faded Type<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used the super cute Bunny Games Thinlits<\/a> with the Lovestruck Colorize<\/a> for her focal piece of the tag. She also used the new Saltwater Taffy distress ink<\/a> and Saltwater Taffy Spray<\/a>. To add some details in the background she used the Field Notes<\/a> stamp pad .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
