Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for joining us for the Thinking Of You Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week we are challenging you to make something for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANY HOLIDAY OCCASION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it\u2019s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand\/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Visible Image<\/a>. You don\u2019t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp<\/a> are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! <\/a>All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week\u2019s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! This week we are welcoming back the lovely Laura Cassina aka elaborando <\/a>into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura<\/a> wanted to try to transform these AALL & Create Our House Stamps <\/a>into delicious gingerbread cookies by embossing them with White Embossing Powder<\/a> and then coloring the details with Nuvo Drops<\/a>, a few die cuts and it is immediately Christmas time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made “just a note” tags that work for any occasion. She used Visible Image’s Mad Here<\/a> stencil to build texture in the background and used Visible Image’s Total Chaos<\/a> stamp set for the flowers in the forefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> was inspired by the current autumn holiday, but ended up going a little crazy with the colors since she was inspired by the Visible Image Butterfly Effect stamp set<\/a>. The art journal page was colored with Scribble Sticks<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a card that can be used for almost any occasion with a sentiment from the Visible Image Affirmations<\/a> stamp set. She paired it with the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Inventor 7<\/a> stamp, stamped in Distress Oxides. She added some Idea-ology Industrial Gears<\/a> and Sprocket Gears<\/a> to give her card dimension and added it to a panel of Black Kraftstock<\/a> to finish her card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a>‘s thoughts are turning towards Christmas and she created a Stampers Anonymous Etcetera tag<\/a> using a combination of Sizzix dies by Tim Holtz, including Mr Frost<\/a> and Cozy Winter<\/a> that created a wintery scene which was completed with the Visible Image Classic Christmas stamp<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> was inspired by the US celebration of Thanksgiving, not a holiday celebrated in the UK, but a reminder to us all to be thankful for each and every day. She used Visible Image Autumn Leaves Stencil<\/a> along with Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Pressed Foliage<\/a>, an autumn palette of Distress Oxide inks<\/a> and Simon Says Thankful For You<\/a> Wafer Thin die.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a> used a Visible Image ‘O Christmas Tree’ Clear Stamp<\/a> to make a couple of cards to add to her Christmas box. For this first one she used Simon Says Stamp Steel Navy Embossing Powder<\/a> to heat emboss the image and used Copic Markers<\/a> to color the circles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

For this 2nd one she used shades of green Distress Ink<\/a> to watercolor a tree shape before heat embossing the Christmas Tree<\/a> image over the top. She stamped the envelopes to match. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> decided to celebrate World Ballet Day held in October and she thought the perfect stamp would be the Born To Perform by Visible Image<\/a>. She heat embossed the ballerina using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Black Soot <\/a>ink and Simon Says Stamp Clear Embossing Powder<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> chose the Winter Solstice as her holiday, and created a spread in her Dina Wakley Media Journal<\/a>. She used the Night Owl stamp set from Visible Image<\/a>, along with the Simon Says Stamp Snowflakes stencil<\/a>, and Tim Holtz Holiday Mica Stains.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a Christmas card using Visible Image Lost In Music Clear Stamp<\/a>, and decorated it with Stamperia Classic Christmas 6X6 Paper<\/a> and stamped sentiments from Stamperia Christmas Patchwork Clear Stamp<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Sandra<\/a> was inspired by the Simple Snowflakes stamp<\/a> from Visible Image<\/a> and made a Christmas card using soft blue and grey colors of Distress Hickory Smoke<\/a> and Speckled Egg<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used the Tim Holtz Distress 2021 New October VILLAINOUS POTION<\/a> to decorate her tag. She also used Tim Holtz Distress HOLIDAY MICA STAIN SET 1 and<\/a> and Tim Holtz Distress HALLOWEEN MICA STAIN SET 2<\/a>. She used Visible Image GRUNGE TONES Clear Stamps<\/a> for some touches in the background and the beautiful Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps THE POINSETTIA<\/a> as focal image<\/p>\n\n\n\n
