Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s Laura’s<\/a> last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura<\/a> made a beautiful Christmas card using Tim Holtz Cranberry<\/a>, Lettuce<\/a> and Gold Metallic Mixative <\/a>Alcohol Inks. For the sentiment she used a Modascrap Christmas Italian Style Clear Stamp Set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> used some of her favorite shades of Alcohol Ink (Cloudy Blue<\/a>, Citrus<\/a> and Aqua<\/a>) and Alcohol Pearls Ink (Tranquil<\/a> and Sublime<\/a>) to make the background of her tag. She used Inky Antics’ Color Wheel<\/a> for the stamped images and sentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a tag from Clearly for Art Modeling Film <\/a>and embossed it with the SSS Floral Field Embossing Folder<\/a>. It was colored with Ranger’s Alcohol Inks<\/a>. The Cardinal was stamped with the Memory Box Spirit of Christmas<\/a> set. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> really enjoys working with Alcohol inks. She used them in two different ways in her tags. To make the blue tag she used the colors Monsoon<\/a>, Turquoise<\/a>, and Patina<\/a> together with the Mini Holidays 2 CMS096 set by Tim Holtz<\/a> and Alcohol Lift Ink-pad<\/a>. In the second, she used them for the focal point, Tim Holtz’s Pinecone Bigz Die<\/a> along with the greeting stamp from Tim Holtz’s Christmastime 3 set<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> used Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks in Fiesta<\/a>, Patina<\/a> and Foundry<\/a> Alloy. She stamped the Stampers Anonymous The Poinsettia<\/a> stamp and embossed it in white onto vellum<\/a>. She finished her card with a stamp from Sketch Greenery<\/a> and added Altenew enamel dots<\/a> and Lucy’s Things Clear Iridescent Jewels<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> used Alcohol Inks<\/a> to create the Stacked Tile Hexagon<\/a> background for her vintage style Mini Etcetera Tag<\/a> and to add colour to the arrangement of Tim Holtz Pearl Baubles. She added Distress Mica Flakes<\/a> for sparkle, together with a cascading ribbon dyed with Rustic Wilderness<\/a> and Speckled Egg<\/a> Distress Stains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath <\/a>created a card using Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous The Poinsettia<\/a>, stamped on Tim Holtz Yupo Translucent<\/a>, coloured with Ember<\/a>, Fiesta<\/a> and Gilded Alloy<\/a> Alcohol inks and fixed to an alcohol background created with the same colours on Tim Holtz White Yupo<\/a>. She also used Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Sketched Greenery<\/a> to add interest behind the poinsettia and Christmastime 3<\/a> for the sentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a>had lots of fun playing with alcohol inks this week and used Crimson<\/a>, Sunshine Yellow<\/a>, Bottle<\/a>, Silver Metallic Mixative<\/a> and Deception Pearl<\/a> inks for the backrground. While the ink was still slightly sticky she added some lovely Brutus Monroe Dry Brush Foil<\/a> to add some shine. She used Tim Holtz Christmas Ribbon<\/a> and Large Funky Festive <\/a>Thinlits Die sets, all coloured with alcohol inks, and finished with a few Gold Sequins<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> is not an alcohol ink crafter but she was saved by the last Tim Holtz live and used a lovely alcohol ink technique on Simon Says Stamp Cardstock Silver Glitter<\/a> using  mix of Tim Holtz Ranger Alcohol inks: Sublime<\/a>, Strime<\/a> and Patina<\/a>. Then she die cut the Tim Holtz Sizzix Holiday Brushstroke<\/a> leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> had so much fun playing with alcohol inks, she made three cards! She used the Tim Holtz\/Ranger Alcohol Pearl inks<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Ranger Alcohol inks<\/a>, along with Tim’s Alcohol Ink Air Blower<\/a>. She added the Simon Says Stamp Warm Hugs die<\/a> to one card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Alcohol Peral Ink Set Ranger<\/a> andWhite Yupo Paper<\/a> on the background, and decorated it with Prima Marketing Sugar Cookie Christmas Flowers<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Quotations Metallic Stickers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandra<\/a> made a background with Alcohol Inks Aquamarine<\/a>, Pool<\/a>, Sephia<\/a> and Mineral<\/a>, and used Alcohol Lift Ink<\/a> to stamp with. And to add some metallic shimmer, she used Metallique Wax Firebird<\/a> and Bronze Age<\/a> to the gears, but also to the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Ranger Foil Cardstock<\/a> , a bunch of Alcohol Inks<\/a> in the shade of pinks and reds and she also used Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps 2020 BOLD TIDINGS 1<\/a> and Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps 2020 THE POINSETTIA<\/a> to add some christmas elements. She also used Tim Holtz Idea-ology SILVER STENCIL CHIPS<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
