Hi, everyone, Meihsia<\/a> here today to share a tutorial of how to create this mini canvas wall hanging with a cute ornament on it.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

To start this project, I die cut the ornament base with Tim Holtz Sizzix Die Carved Ornaments<\/a> and kraft chipboard.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Apply a layer of Prima Flowers White Heavy Gesso<\/a> on the ornament base and dry it with a heat tool.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Dab Clearsnap ColorBox Top Boss Embossing Stamp Pad<\/a> on the ornament base.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sprinkle UTEE or any clear embossing powder<\/a> on the ornament base then pour the excess powder off.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Apply heat to UTEE on the ornament with a heat tool until UTEE melted. Repeat the heat embossing steps 3 or 4 times for a thick raised layer.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

After applying the heat on the last embossing, IMMEDIATELY stamp the pattern on the ornament with Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps 2014 Christmas Nostalgia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

You can always heat and melt UTEE or clear embossing powder on the ornament again, and stamp the pattern on it until you are satisfied with the result.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Apply Clearsnap Smooch Pearlized Accent Ink Gold<\/a> on the stamped pattern. The felt tip of Smooch Accent is perfect to color the small pattern like this.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Apply Clearsnap Aladine Pigment Ink Gold Izink<\/a> around the edges of the ornament.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cover Tim Holtz Sprocket Gears watch parts<\/a> and Regal Adornments metal<\/a> with Heavy Gesso.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

After the Gesso is dry, color these embellishments with Distress Paints<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Apply a layer of Heavy Gesso on Tim Holtz Idea-ology Bare Minis Burlap Panel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cut the image from Tim Holtz Idea-ology Paper Stash Seasonal<\/a> and distress it. Then attach the image on the canvas while the Gesso is still wet.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Attach all the embellishments using heavy structure gel.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I really love this cute ornament with these gorgeous colors and beautiful metal embellishments.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n
