It is Cristina’s<\/a> last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cristina <\/a>let herself be literally inspired by music theme and used an old CD Rom, on which she created a background. She used the PrimaMarketing Decorative Paper Music<\/a> and Icing Paste Red Amber<\/a>, to give a touch of brightness. Then she stamped with Tim Holtz Rubber Stamp Written Music<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> paid homage to one of her all-time favorite musicals, Les Miserables<\/em>, with this page in her Dylusions Small Creative Journal<\/a>. She used Dina Wakley’s Branched<\/a> mask and stencil set, Prima’s Basics<\/a> and Rustic<\/a> Water Soluble Oil Pastels, and Tim Holtz’s Chit Chat stickers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made an art journal page with a music theme in Dina Wakley’s White Journal<\/a>. The focal image was stamped with Tim Holtz Winged Things 1 <\/a>and the Gramophone comes from Tiny Things 2<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> created a panel inspired by a quote using Idea-ology Collage Frames<\/a> and Idea-ology Found Relatives<\/a>. She altered the frame with Ranger Distress Oxides Spray Pumice Stone<\/a> and Broken China<\/a>. She added on the edges Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Mini Stencil set 25<\/a> and Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Fragment<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron <\/a>created a card inspired by the song within, the inner voice – using Dina Wakley Media Gloss Sprays<\/a>, Stampers Anonymous Interesting Faces<\/a> stamps, Refuse to Be Ordinary <\/a>stamps and Swirling Dashes<\/a> stencil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> was inspired by the song ‘This Is Me” from The Greatest Showman and created a journal layout used many Tim Holtz products, including the Radiant 3D Impresslits die and emboss folder<\/a>, a Photobooth<\/a> strip, Tiny Text Stamp Set <\/a>and the Falling Stars Layering Stencil<\/a> to interpret the motivating lyrics of the song. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> created an Art Journal page dedicated to her morning musical alarm call which makes sure she starts each day with a song, thanks to Mother Nature’s dawn chorus and the chubby little thrush who exercises his vocal cords outside her bedroom window every morning. She used Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Field Notes<\/a> and Music and Advert<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Feathered Friends<\/a>, Media Marks<\/a> and Alphanumeric Tiny Type Upper<\/a> and Lower<\/a> Thinlits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> mixed a bit of Jazz and Rock on her card by using Visible Image Jazz It Up<\/a> stamps. She distressed and embossed the Tim Holtz Sizzix Timekeeper Bigz<\/a> die and added a Tim Holtz Sizzix Faceted Heart<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> was inspired by the beautiful Stamperia Music scrapbook papers<\/a> to work in her art journal. She also used the Visible Image Jazz It Up stamp set<\/a>, Simon Says Stamp’s Square Dance stencil<\/a> and The Crafters Workshop Mini Music Sheet stencil. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia <\/a>was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Picket Fence Studios BEAUTIFUL GIRLS MADELYN Clear Stamp<\/a> image that colored using Daniel Smith Ultimate Mixing Hand Poured Watercolor<\/a>, and decorated it with Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Strips Cheeky Love<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandra<\/a> was inspired by music in general and made a card using the\u00a0Faceted Heart die<\/a>,\u00a0Upper Classic Alpha thinlits<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Distress Inks<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Tim Holtz Idea-ology HOLLY Collage Paper<\/a> to cut out the notes, then she used a mix of Distress paint<\/a> and gesso<\/a> to create the background. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
