Jo<\/a> from Let’s Art Journal<\/a> is so very grateful to be able to share her love of art journaling this month and her page was inspired by some Monarch butterflies that she saw in America this time last year, they are depicted here using Tim Holtz Botanical Layers<\/a>. The page was created using Peeled Paint<\/a>, Peacock Feather<\/a> and Twisted Citron<\/a> Distress Ink, stamps from both Finnabair<\/a> and Tim Holtz<\/a> using Black Soot Distress Archival Ink<\/a>, a Creative Expressions Mini Stencil<\/a>, a Concord & 9th Script Stamp Set<\/a> and Text Remnant Rubs<\/a> and Small Talk Stickers<\/a> from Tim Holtz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> enjoys playing in her art journals and one of her favorites is Dina Wakley’s 6×6 White Journal<\/a>. For this project, she also used a scallop die from Jane Davenport’s Happy Little Unicorn<\/a> set and some fun new Dylusions Shimmer Spray in Lemon Zest<\/a> and Pure Sunshine<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> loves art journaling and made a nature-themed page in her 8×8 in Dylusions journal<\/a>. The background paper is from Tim Holtz Abandoned Paper Stash<\/a>, and she used the Buzzing Bees stamp set<\/a> by Darkroom Door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> has created a project inspired by the Travel Journals!! She chose Tim Holtz Idea-ology  Folio Small<\/a> to create a Christmas themed Journal that will be filled with photos, cards, and memorabilia from this time of year! She used Tim Holtz Sizzix Jolly St.Nicks Colorize Thinlits dies<\/a>, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Mini Stencil set 44<\/a>, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Music and Advert<\/a>, Ranger Ink Embossing powder Liquid Platinum<\/a>, and various Idea-ology Ephemera packs<\/a>.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a simple art journal page with fall inspired colors using the Dina Wakley 6 x 6 white journal<\/a> and Dina Wakley Media Paints in Sand<\/a>, Lemon<\/a>, Cheddar<\/a> and Medieval<\/a>. She used a quote from the Collage Paper Backgrounds<\/a> and a focal image from the Interesting Faces<\/a> stamp set. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a>‘s Autumnal journal page<\/a> was inspired by her favourite season of the year and she combined Tim Holtz’s Pressed Foliage Stamp Set<\/a> and Fall Foliage Die<\/a> to create a background of layered leaves for a vintage Photo Booth<\/a> image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> created an Art Journal page using Tim Holtz Idea-ology Blackout Kraft Stock<\/a>, Stampers Anonymous Dots and Circles<\/a>, Sizzix Frightful Things<\/a> and Large Funky Festive<\/a> Thinlits<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a>  made a vintage pages with lots of earth tones using Tim Holtz Oxide Sprays<\/a> and Inks<\/a>. She stamped Her with Prima Beautiful Story<\/a> and Him with Tim Holtz The Professor<\/a>. She built the texture with Prima Swirly Florals stencil<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> loves to art journal, and for this week used team member Andrea’s stamps from Inky Antics – Scallop Border<\/a>, and Crafty Comments<\/a>, along with Simon Says Stamp’s Line Dance<\/a> stencil, in her Dina Wakley Media Journal. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create an art journal page using Tim Holtz Stamptember Stamps and Stencil<\/a>, and Daniel Smith Ultimate Mixing Hand Poured Watercolors<\/a> and Idea-Ology Halloween Remnant Rubs<\/a> on the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandra<\/a> had to make a Halloween art journal spread as this is the week of Halloween, so she used the Bat Crazy<\/a>, Masquerade<\/a> and Classic Upper Alphabet<\/a> dies, and for color she used Infusions Rusty Car<\/a> and Orange County<\/a>, with Distress Ink Ripe Persimmon<\/a> and Spiced Marmalade<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Prima Marketing RUSTIC Art Philosophy Water Soluble Oil Pastels<\/a> to color the background of this art journal spread, she also added a bit of vintage feeling by using Tim Holtz Idea-ology PHOTOBOOTH <\/a>pictures. To add some dimension and texture she used Ranger TEXTURE PASTE OPAQUE CRACKLE<\/a> through a Tim Holtz Layering Stencil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
