This week we are challenging you to use one colour on your project + skin tones if necessary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monochrome<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anne<\/a> created a striking monochrome journal for this week’s theme, using the gorgeous STAMPtember Flora Background stamp<\/a> along with Eileen Hull’s Wrapped Journal die<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a handful of happy skeleton ATC’s using Poppy Stamps’ Surprise Skeleton<\/a> die. The die pairs perfectly with circles cut using Penny Black’s Abstract Flowers<\/a> die.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> created an autumn scrapbooking layout using shades of green. The patterned paper comes from Tim Holtz Abandoned Paper Stash<\/a> and the leaves were die cut from scrap papers with with his Skeleton Leaves set<\/a>. She also used a Farm Tractor stamp<\/a> by Whimsy Stamps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> chose a dark color palette to make a Halloween themed panel creating a lot of textures with Ranger Grit Paste<\/a>, Ranger Texture Paste Opaque Crackle<\/a>, various Distress Oxides Sprays<\/a> in shades of grey, black, brown and Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous stencil Decayed<\/a>. The central point of her project is made with Tim Holtz Sizzix Skull and Crossbones<\/a> and Tim Holtz Sizzix Crackle 3D Embossing folder.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a card in all browns this week, which was really a challenge for her! She used the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Tailor and Houndstooth<\/a> stamps for her background, added some stenciling with the Screwed<\/a> stencil and used The Professor<\/a> stamp as her focal point. She finished the card with a sentiment from the Theories<\/a> set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> couldn’t resist making something for Halloween and chose classic black and white to create her monochromatic Etcetera Tag<\/a>. She created a background using Grit Paste<\/a>, painted with Black Soot Distress Paint<\/a> and accentuated with Old Silver<\/a> and Vintage Gold Alchemy Wax<\/a> before adding plenty of layers of Tim Holtz idea-ology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> chose the colour Purple to create an invitation to get your spook on and head over to the Halloween party at the Skeleton’s house using Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Life Of The Party<\/a>, Cadaverous<\/a>, Weird Science<\/a> and Dots and Circles<\/a> stamps sets, adding interest to the background with the Burst Shifter Layering Stencil.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a> made a futuristic Small Etcetera Tag<\/a> using a Tim Holtz Inventor Background Cling Stamp<\/a> and Macarena’s Gesso Brush Technique. She used a Tim Holtz Robotic Die set<\/a> and kept the whole design quite dark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Macarena <\/a> went green and made a thankful panel for her friend using her favourite Tim Holtz Sizzix Large Stems Bigz L die<\/a> as a texture of the background and also Tim Holtz Sizzix Stacked Deckle thinlits.<\/a> as a frame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> was inspired by the Autumn colors and big sunflowers to create her art journal page. She used the new STAMPtember Sunflower Stem die cu<\/a>t and Tumbling Leaves stencil<\/a>, along with Paper Artsy paints like Yellow Submarine<\/a> and Distress Oxides like Fossilized Amber<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media Halloween tag using Tim Holtz Etcetera #8 Tag Chipboard<\/a> and Idea-Ology Vignette Box Structures<\/a> on the background and decorated it with Skull Fragments<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Sandra<\/a> made a Halloween card in orange tones with Ripe Pemisson Distress Ink<\/a>, Orange County Infusions<\/a> and Firebird Metallique Wax<\/a>.  For some texture she used the Swirly Florals stencil<\/a> with Texture Paste<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Tim Holtz Idea-ology Ephemera Pack HALLOWEEN<\/a> , Tim Holtz Idea-ology CURIOSITIES Sticker Book<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology PAPER DOLLS Paperie<\/a> to create this black tag! Spooky!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
