Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week we are challenging you to use something clear on your creation eg acetate, vellum, clear embossing powder, glossy accents etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are showcasing some fabulous products from Visible Image<\/a> this week. If you have any of their products we would love to see them used but its not necessary to join in with the challenge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week we are welcoming back the lovely Anne Redfern aka Redanne  <\/a>into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anne<\/a> loves Halloween and has created a dimensional scene, using the Tim Holtz Fireplace Die<\/a>, a Found Relative<\/a> and lots of Idea-ology<\/a>, set on an Etcetera Tag<\/a>.  Hero Arts Acetate<\/a> highlights the fire and picture of ‘Dr Bones’ .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a tag with butterflies that have clear plastic wings using Judkins Embossable Window Plastic<\/a>.  She created her scene using two stamp sets from Visible Image: Wings of Change<\/a> and Creative Chaos<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> <\/a>made an art journal page with a forest theme, stamped with Visible Image Into The Woods set.<\/a> She stamped the sentiment words on Clearly for Art Modeling Film<\/a>, colored them with alcohol ink<\/a> and glued them to the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> chose Simon Says Stamp’s Vellum <\/a>as a transparent element. She has created a tag with Visible image stencil Time Tunnel<\/a>, Cadaverous stamp set by  Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous<\/a>, Distress oxide spray Pumice Stone<\/a> and Walnut stain<\/a>, Ranger Alcohol ink Amethyst<\/a>.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a card with a Distress Ink and Oxide Background and used Ranger Transparent Matte Texture Paste<\/a> though the Visible Image Meshing Around<\/a> stencil. She finished her card with a Tim Holtz Sizzix Tattered Butterfly<\/a> Bigz die and a Quote Chip<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> invites you to the Monster Reunion<\/a> and created a Halloween home decor project that has a clear acrylic background. She used Alcohol Inks and the Visible Image Grate-ful stencil<\/a> to add interest to her background, together with the Tim Holtz Bat Crazy die<\/a> and a Halloween Quote Chip<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> used Ranger Clear Embossing Powder<\/a> and Glossy Accents<\/a> as the clear elements on her card with Visible Image Wings of Change<\/a> stamps and paper from Tim Holtz Idea-ology Abandoned Paper Stash<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a>made a card using a Somewhere In Time Clear Stamp Set<\/a>. For the background she used Tumbled Glass<\/a> and Cracked Pistachio<\/a> Distress Oxide Inks. For the clear elements she heat embossed the image and sentiments with clear embossing powder <\/a>and added some clear sequins.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Macarena <\/a>made a card mixing soft and vibrant colors using for a focal point Visible Image How Fragile<\/a> stamp on the Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks<\/a> background. She added a butterfly from Visible Image Wing of Change<\/a> stamp set and a sentiment from Visible Image Look Forward With Hope.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> listened to the voices in her head telling her to use Judikins Diamond Glaze<\/a> and Crafters Companion Acetate sheets <\/a>with Visible Image’s Skull Shadow stencil<\/a> and Ahead of our Time stamp set. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media journal page using the Visible Image Daydreamer Clear Stamp<\/a> and decorated it with the clear Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Facets Dangles<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Sandra<\/a> made a Halloween card using the Visable Image Skull Stencil<\/a> and used Distress Ink<\/a>, Distress Oxide<\/a> and Distress Crayon<\/a> to give this card some color. For her clear element she used Sihouette Clear Sticker Paper<\/a> and colored it with Alcohol Inks<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used  Glimmer of Light<\/a> and Into The Woods<\/a> clear stamp sets by Visible Image to decorate this tag. She also used a piece of Lawn Fawn Acetate Clear Sheet<\/a> to create this clear “crack” in the tag background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
