<\/a><\/p>\nWe have five artists in the Designer Spotlight for the Cityscape Challenge<\/a>!<\/p>\n #5 Marie-Christine Denis<\/a>\u00a0– Emma says: There is something so charming about this detailed and beautiful piece of work and I just loved how Marie-Christine has built up the cityscape in the background to create such a wonderful scene. The colours are exquisite, it’s a fabulous use of Tim’s paper dolls and the whole piece is just stunning!<\/p>\n #6 Metro<\/a> – Meihsia says: I love this fantastic mixed media card with so many awesome details. Debbie created a beautiful distressed color scheme and great sentiments. The buildings and cars in the city, and the stitches around the card are simply wonderful!<\/p>\n #37 Experiments in Craft<\/a> – Andrea says: I am so impressed with this craft “experiment” and how wonderfully it turned out! It is a stunning mix of grays and blacks with just the right bit of color. I particularly love the ombre-type of effect of the green tones toward the bottom of the cityscape. It is gritty and vibrant and lovely all at once.<\/p>\n #53 Mylo<\/a> – Macarena says: This evening city scene caught my eye and I guess it’s due to the great mix of colors on the background and on the buildings, too. I love how Mylo gave color and shades to the houses, they look like there are cars on the street passing by and lighting random parts of the walls. Great effect!<\/p>\n #67 Lynne in NI<\/a> – Anna-Karin says: Lynne made a beautiful card with a lovely silhouette of a town. The cloudy sky with the moon is gorgeous.
