We have four artists in the Designer Spotlight for the Use More Than One Stencil Challenge<\/a>!<\/p>\n

#1 Blackbird Singing<\/a> – Macarena says: this project absolutely caught my eyes and I love the game of contrasts on this card. The way Paula built the scene and kept it as a one layer surface is absolutely genius. It’s flat but still so much dimensional! I love the yellow sun\/moon in the center and the whole scene taking place around. FABULOUS!<\/p>\n

Zoey agrees and says: oh my oh my!! The orange in the background really brings out everything else in the card! love the use of just black and the touch of turquoise. The design is stunning and I have to agree with what Macarena said, it is flat but still looks so dimensional, great use of stencils!<\/span><\/p>\n

Emma also chose #1 Blackbird Singing<\/a> – This is such a beautiful card by Paula, the depth of the stencil work to create dimension is outstanding and I just adore the composition of this spectacular and very clever piece. Stunning work.<\/p>\n

#46 Michelle Gorel<\/a> – Andrea says: I am so impressed with how many different patterns and stencil designs were used so successfully on this fabulous Halloween card. I especially like the detail of a different pattern on the witch herself. This is an excellent example of multiple stencils done right!<\/p>\n

#56 Jo<\/a> – Anna-Karin says: Jo made such a stunning art journal page, with so many layers and patterns. The page has very much energy, which is perfect for the transportation theme. I also really like the repetition of circles, clocks and compasses.<\/p>\n

#57 Maria Willis<\/a>\u00a0–\u00a0Zoey says:\u00a0I am absolutely in love with how Maria created her background! It is so yummi and texturized – makes me want to grab my gelli plate and start playing all day long! I also love the color combination and I think it is a perfect birthday card, so joyful and fun! Well done Maria!!<\/p>\n
