This week we are challenging you to make create a city scene!<\/p>\n

Cityscape<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

What does your nearest city look like? Does it have lots of high rise buildings and lots of traffic? There are so many products that you can use to build your cityscape, we can’t wait to see your interpretation of this theme!<\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a> made travel-themed tags out of some cityscape postcards from Altenew’s gorgeous Reflections Scrapbook Kit<\/a>.\u00a0 She gave them some added oomph using AALL & Create’s Border 26<\/a> stamps and Prima’s Oil Pastel Crayons<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin <\/a>made a tag which started out as a Christmas tag and ended with a night-time cityscape. She used Tim Holtz Sizzix Cityscape Metropolis<\/a> for the buildings and embossed them with Ranger’s Gunmetal<\/a>, Mixed Media Sea<\/a> and Aqua Tinsel<\/a> powders.<\/p>\n

In this period Barbara<\/a> only thinks of Halloween! She created a themed Halloween cityscape with Tim Holtz Sizzix Haunted House<\/a>, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Mr Bone<\/a>, Tim Holtz Idea-ology Halloween Quote Tokens<\/a> and Distress oxides.<\/a><\/p>\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a\u00a0Halloween scene in the city using the Tim Holtz Swirling Stars Thinlits<\/a> and Citiscape Metropolis Thinlits<\/a>. She gave it a fun and spooky touch with a ghost from Halloween Hangouts Thinlits<\/a> and a sentiment from Halloween Shadow Script<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0created something dreadfully wicked for Halloween and made a party invitation using Tim Holtz’s Cityscape die<\/a>, combining it with the zombie from the Ghoulish Die Set<\/a>\u00a0and completing the scene with the owl, taken from the Mr Bones Stamp Set<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kath<\/a> created a “Christmas In The City” page in her Dylusions Creative Journal<\/a> using Tim Holtz Snowflake<\/a> and\u00a0Star Mini Shifters Layering Stencils<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Cityscape Skyline<\/a>, Retro Merry Christmas<\/a>\u00a0and Stitched Ovals<\/a> Thinlits<\/p>\n

Lols\u00a0<\/a>created a citycape Christmas card using a\u00a0Tim Holtz Sizzix Snowglobe Die Set.\u00a0<\/a>She used Alcohol Inks<\/a>, a Falling Stars Stencil<\/a> and Alcohol Blending Solution<\/a> for the background and added a Santa with Reindeer<\/a> to fly over the rooftops<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Macarena<\/a>\u00a0made a cozy city scene with the background embossed with Carabelle Studio Texte Grunge<\/a> embossing folder. The buildings from Tim Holtz Sizzix Cityscape Skyline<\/a>\u00a0and Tim Holtz Sizzix Snowglobe<\/a> dies were covered with Ranger Rock Candy Distress Crackle Paint<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Maura<\/a>\u00a0created her own rusty cityscape using Seth Apter’s Paper Artsy 09 Eclectica3<\/a> and 10 Eclectica3<\/a> stamp sets, along with the Simon Says Stamp Grid<\/a> stencil.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media art journal page with The Crafters’ Workshop Small City Buildings Template<\/a>\u00a0and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology Story Sticks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sandra <\/a>is in full Halloween mode so she made a spooky card using the Cityscape Metropolis<\/a> die set. For her background she worked with Distress Ink and Oxide<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0Shattered stencil<\/a>.

Zoey<\/a>\u00a0used Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamp CITYSCAPES<\/a>\u00a0and Tim Holtz Distress Spray Stain in Hickory Smoke<\/a> and Old Paper<\/a>\u00a0to create this texturized double ATC<\/p>\n
