This week we are ‘blinging’ it on with the theme:<\/p>\n

Add A\u00a0Little Sparkle<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Who doesn’t like a little bit of sparkle! Most of us love shimmer and shine so this week we are adding a little bit extra bling to our projects!<\/p>\n

The lovely folks over at<\/span>\u00a0Simon Says Stamp<\/span><\/a>\u00a0are generously giving away a FABULOUS $50 voucher to shop at the \u00a0<\/span>Simon Says Stamp Store!\u00a0<\/span><\/a>All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week\u2019s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! Karolina<\/a>\u00a0made a lovely tag to share today. She added a touch of Distress Ink<\/a>\u00a0to the background and used<\/span>\u00a0Finnabair’s Metallique Acrylic Paint<\/a>, Impasto Paint<\/a> and Acrylic Paint Sparks<\/a> makes the project more three-dimensional and shimmery. She added interest using\u00a0<\/span>Texture Paste<\/a> and Graphite Sand<\/a> through a mask and added a sprinkling of Broken China Distress Glitter<\/a> as the final touch, and here we are! The perfect tag is ready!<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a>\u00a0explored the quirky dark side of sparkly with her notebook cover featuring Stamping Bella’s Oddball Sparkle Fairy<\/a> stamp.\u00a0 She also used Dina Wakley’s Spaced Dot stencil<\/a> and lots of Dylusions ink sprays<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin<\/a>\u00a0made a tropical beach tag, with not only a little sparkle, but a whole lot of sparkle. The palm tree was die cut with Tim Holtz Sizzix Tropical set<\/a>, and covered with both Rock Candy Distress Glitter<\/a> and Sprinkled Sugar Stickles<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/a> has created a sparkling tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix Seashell die<\/a>, Ranger Perfect Pearl powder<\/a>, Idea-ology Paper-Dolls<\/a> and Stampendous Pearlized Mica Fragments<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a sparkly Distress Oxide Panel for the background of her card using Distress Oxides and Clear Rock Candy Glitter<\/a>. She framed the card with a frame that was die cut with the Stacked Postage Thinlits<\/a> dies and Paper Cut Bird Thinlits<\/a> die. To finish it off, she added a few flowers from the Funky Floral 1<\/a> and Funky Floral 3<\/a>\u00a0Sizzix Thinlits\u00a0sets and a Quote Chip<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0created a special card for her parents, who are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. She used Tim Holtz Vintage Platinum Distress Glitter Dust\u00a0<\/a>to cover Typography Findings<\/a>\u00a0and then added even more sparkle by sprinkling Tim Holtz Clear Rock Candy Glitter<\/a>\u00a0onto the stamens of the handmade flowers die cut using Tim Holtz’s Funky Floral 3 die set<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kath <\/a>created\u00a0a Cocktails At Sunset Party card using Distress Oxide inks<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Cocktails Blueprints<\/a>, Crazy Cats,<\/a>Crazy Things<\/a> and Handwritten Thoughts<\/a> with Simon Says Summer Gold Sequins<\/a> for added sparkle<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Lols\u00a0<\/a>made a card using a\u00a0Tropical Birds Cling Stamp Set.<\/a><\/span>She coloured the image using\u00a0Zig Brush Markers\u00a0<\/a>and for the background she simply spritzed with\u00a0Tumbled Glass Spray\u00a0<\/a>. She randomly stamped some script and then used a Dot Fade Stencil<\/a> and White Embossing Paste<\/a> to add texture. While the paste was still wet she sprinkled Prisma Glitter<\/a> generously all over the top, super sparkly in real life! She finished by machine stitching around the edges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Macarena<\/a>\u00a0made all her shimmer with Prima Opal Magic Violet – Gold paint<\/a> with some touches of Prima Shine On Rub On Foil<\/a>\u00a0on the Simon Says Stamp Green Apple card stock<\/a> embossed with the amazing Tim Holtz Sizzix Botanical 3D texture embossing folder<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Maura<\/a>\u00a0made a tag inspired by her trip to India last year. She used Gwen LaFleur’s Stencil Girl Boho Mandala Circle<\/a> and Art Deco Peacock Feathers<\/a> stencils, with Simon Says Stamp’s Henna Patterns<\/a> stamp set and Dina Wakley Gilt heavy body acrylic paint<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to make a mixed media card with a little sparkle of Ranger Snowflakes Tinsel Embossing Powder<\/a>\u00a0and Simon Says Stamp Pixie Dust Sequins<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sandra<\/a> made a card using the new Botanical 3D Texture Fade<\/a>, and she added a little sparkle using the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush<\/a>.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Zoey<\/a>\u00a0used Stampendous Frantage Embossing Enameling kit<\/a>\u00a0and Stampendous Aged Rose Embossing Enamel<\/a>\u00a0to add some sprarkle to this little altered wood coaster<\/p>\n
