This week we are challenging you to add some flowers to your project<\/p>\n

Paula\u00a0<\/a>made a card using a Tim Holtz \u2018Fanciful Flight<\/a>\u2019Die. It was designed to create a butterfly, but in this case the wings became a flower, such a great way to stretch your supplies! For the colouring of the petals she used an Ecoline Watercolor Set<\/a> and Dylusions Bubblegum Pink Ink Spray<\/a>. For the background she used Paper Artsy\u00a0Sunset Beach<\/a> and Slime<\/a> Infusions and Walnut Stain Distress Oxide Ink<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a> made a handful of scrap tag notebooks with a subtle flower on each.\u00a0 The flowers she used are from Tim Holtz’s Wildflowers<\/a> die.\u00a0 She also incorporated lots of circles using Reverse Confetti’s Swirlie<\/a> die, Simon Says Stamp’s Circle Loops<\/a> die and Seth Apter’s Coffee Ring<\/a> die.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin<\/a>\u00a0made a tag covered in colorful flowers. The flowers were die cut from left over stamped, inked and watercolored papers using Tim Holtz’s Sizzix Funky Floral 1<\/a> and Funky Floral 2<\/a> die sets.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/a> used\u00a0 three versions\u00a0 of the same floral design to create her weekly project. She used\u00a0Tim Holtz Sizzix Die Tiny Houses<\/a>,\u00a0Tim Holtz\u00a0 Stampers Anonymous\u00a0 Vines and Roses<\/a>,\u00a0Tim Holtz Mini Stencil Set 25\u00a0<\/a>, Tim Holtz Sizzix Mixed Media 5\u00a0<\/a>and a lot of Distress Oxides<\/a> to color her little houses.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cheiron<\/a> used Tim Holtz’s Funky Floral 1<\/a> and Funky Floral 2<\/a> dies to create this fun, layered thank you card. She created the bold sentiment to layer over the top with the Shadow Script 2<\/a> dies with a touch of gold from the Metallic Kraft Stock Paper Pad<\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0was inspired by a piece of her Grandma’s embroidery to create two cards that are covered in dimensional flowers. She used Tim Holtz’s Funky Florals 3<\/a> die to create her blooms which were layered over a Distress Oxide Ink background, complete with an\u00a0Ornate Trim<\/a>\u00a0stamped border.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

<\/a>Kath\u00a0<\/a>decorated an Ideaology Mini Clipboard<\/a>\u00a0with Tim Holtz Memoranda Paper<\/a>, Worn Wallpaper<\/a> and lots of Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Funky Floral 3 Thinlits<\/a>\u00a0inspired by an old vintage postcard of a 1950’s girl posing in an English Country Garden<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Lols<\/a> made a card using a Darkroom Door Fresh Buds Cling Stamp<\/a>. She used Seedless Preserves<\/a> and Picked Raspberry<\/a> Distress Oxide Inks and various Ink Sprays<\/a> for the background and added interest and texture using Stitches<\/a> and Burlap<\/a> Layering Stencils.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Macarena’s<\/a> Art Journal pages have bloomed with a sunny Sizzix Tattered Florals<\/a> on the neutral background built with TCW Modeling Paste<\/a> and TCW Small Specimens<\/a> stencil with some touches of gold and Distress Ground Espresso Stain<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Maura<\/a> was influenced by the Flower Power of the Sixties when she painted her canvas tote, using the Paper Artsy Tracy Scott Eclectica3 flower stencil<\/a>, the Simon Says Stamp Irregular Dots stencil<\/a>, and bright acrylic paints from Dina Wakley like Tangerine<\/a> and Lime<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Prima Marketing Rose Flowers<\/a>\u00a0and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Quote Token<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sandra<\/a> went botanical with this card, she used the Botanical Collage paper<\/a>\u00a0and colored it in with different colors of Infusions<\/a>. She also used the Flickering Butterflies die set<\/a> from the new Fluttering By<\/a> Simon Says Stamp release<\/p>\n
