Amber<\/a>\u00a0used <\/span>Remnant Rubs<\/a> and <\/span>Distress Micro Glaze<\/a> to resist <\/span>Distress Spray Stains<\/a>\u00a0in Cracked Pistachio, Tea Dye, and Abandoned Coral on her tag to create the layered background for the <\/span>Paper Doll<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a> used a Rubber Cement and watercolor resist technique for the background of her notebook.\u00a0 She used Loew Cornell watercolors<\/a>, a girl image from Jane Davenport’s Mixed Media 2 Collage Papers<\/a> and an all-time favorite sentiment stamp from Impression Obsession called She Was Tired<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a Valentine’s shaker card this week, using a Ranger Distress Glaze<\/a> resist technique together with the Sizzix Bohemian Heart Impresslits<\/a>. The shaker has several layers and is filled with sequins, beads and mica flakes.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/a> created two cards using two different resist techniques: Dina Wakley White Gesso\u00a0<\/a> \u00a0and Ranger embossing powder Clear <\/a>with Distress Oxides.<\/a> She choose for her projects\u00a0 Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Sideshow\u00a0 Set<\/a>, Tim Holtz Sizzix Mixed Media 4<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cathie<\/a> created a card using a resist technique with Dina Wakley White Gesso<\/a>. The background is created using Tim Holtz Menagerie Paper Stash, Distress Collage Crazing Medium<\/a> and Vintage Photo Crayon<\/a> and Distress Spray<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0used the heat embossed resist technique, together with Distress Oxide Inks to create the background on her altered mini clipboard<\/a>. She then used Tim Holtz Botanical Layers<\/a>, Paper Dolls<\/a> and Bouquet Findings<\/a> to create a dimensional scene.<\/p>\n

Kath<\/a> decorated a notebook cover with Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Theories<\/a> and Pennants<\/a> stamp sets using Idea-ology Remnant Rubs<\/a>, Texture Paste Transparent Gloss<\/a> and White Embossing Powder<\/a> to create a resist background<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Lols<\/a> made a card using a Tim Holtz Halftones Cling Stamp\u00a0<\/a>and White Embossing Powder<\/a> to make a heat embossed resist background. Lols then blended Distress Oxide Inks<\/a>\u00a0for the sky and used Tim Holtz Cityscape Suburbia<\/a> and Cityscape Commute<\/a> to finish the scene.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Macarena <\/a>made a very industrial and masculine card using heat embossing as her resist technique. She used it on the background with Simon Says Stamp Grid Background<\/a> stamp and with Kaisercraft Barber Shoppe<\/a> stamp. She loves to use Simon Says Stamp Embossing Powders which reflects all the details.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Maura<\/a> made a tag using gesso<\/a> as a resist and Dylusions Lemon Zest<\/a>, Bubblegum Pink<\/a> and Squeezed Orange<\/a> Spray inks. Then she made a second tag, and turned them into an art journal page in her Dina Wakley Media Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> created a mixed media ATC using resist techniques to make the background \u00a0patterns with Tim Holtz Oxide Reinkers<\/a> and Ranger Clear Embossing Powder<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sandra <\/a>made a card with a resist technique using Heidi Swapp Reactive Mist<\/a>, Dot Fade stencil<\/a> and Gold Embossing powder<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Zoey<\/a>\u00a0used a White Crayon <\/a>and The Crafter’s Workshop white gesso<\/a> to create a restist, then she uses distress inks<\/a> to create a watercolor background for her ATCs<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n
