Hi all and welcome to another week on the\u00a0Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n

Thank you for joining us for the Christmas\/Winter Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.<\/p>\n

This week we are inviting you to dress up in your sparkly top and create something for a party!!<\/p>\n

This challenge will run for 2 whole weeks, ending on the 1st January, so you have plenty of time to join in!<\/p>\n

This is Valerie’s last week with us in the Designer Spotlight! It has been short but very sweet having you along with us! We would like to thank you for your fabulous creations, it has been such a pleasure :-)<\/p>\n

Valerie <\/a>made an A3 journal page. For the background she painted a layer of Gesso <\/a>and textured using a swirl design stamp. The figures were made with a home-made stencil and a Faber Castell Big Brush Pen<\/a>. I used home made acrylic paint <\/a>sprays to colour the background, and diverse small stencils for the ‘confetti’. The lettering was done by hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a> made some lip balm party favors using products from My Favorite Things: the\u00a0Tall Tag Duo<\/a>, Lip Balm Window and Frame<\/a> dies, Lip Balm Shaker Pouches<\/a> and the Sending Smooches<\/a> stamp set.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin <\/a>needed a birthday card for a friend, and made one with a safari theme, using Darkroom Door African Trees stamps<\/a>, as well as sweet sentiments by SSS<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/a> created Christmas table placeholders using Tim Holtz Sizzix GIFT CARD PACKAGE<\/a>,\u00a0Tim Holtz Idea-ology 8 x 8 Paper Stash KRAFT CHRISTMAS Paperie,\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0Tim Holtz Sizzix Die BILLBOARD ALPHABET Bigz.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Cathie<\/a> created a card to ring in the new year and all the new adventures that await. Her background scene and focal images were created using the Tim Holtz Home for the Holidays<\/a> die set. She also used a stamp and die set in a very unique way, the Tim Holtz Trick or Treat<\/a> die set and the Tim Holtz Brushstrokes<\/a> stamp set. Can you guess how she used them?<\/p>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0created a gift box and tag to place on her Christmas Day table. She used Tim Holtz’s Sidekick<\/a> to die cut all the decorative elements to decorate the cube shaped box which is made from Little Sizzles Mat Board<\/a>\u00a0and stamped with the Mini Swirly Snowflakes<\/a> stamp.<\/p>\n

Kath<\/a> made Christmas Cracker Treat Boxes for the guests at her Christmas Day Lunch Party using Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Winter Wonderland<\/a>, Home For The Holidays<\/a>, Snowglobe 2<\/a> Thinlits and Simon Says Stamp Moon & Star Border die<\/a><\/p>\n

Lols <\/a>made a Party Banner using a Lawn Fawn Stitched Party Banners Die Set<\/a> and a Simon’s Exclusive Funky Snowflake Die\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Macarena<\/a> made a champagne 40th birthday card using a very bright and shiny media like Mother of Pearl Nuvo Mousse<\/a> for coloring the embossed with WeR Geometric folder<\/a> background. She also used pearl MS Acrylic Paints in mother of pearl<\/a> and jet stream<\/a> shades.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Maura<\/a> made some cute snowmen clothespins using Carta Bella Snow Fun<\/a> papers, 28 Lilac Lane Attic Findings<\/a> kit, and Kaisercraft Festive Wooden Shapes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> created a mixed media art journal page to celebrate new year 2018 using Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Wood Slices Findings<\/a>\u00a0and Tim Holtz Rubber Stamp Party Hat Sketch<\/a>\u00a0to decorate the page.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sandra <\/a>made a birthday invitation to go party with her friends and she used lots of Infusions<\/a> to add the color and the Ring Doily stencil<\/a>\u00a0with Texture Paste<\/a> to create so interest.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Zoey<\/a>\u00a0used watercolors<\/a>\u00a0and Tim Holtz Stamps<\/a> to create this gold ticket<\/a> party invitation<\/p>\n
