Suman\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0used Distress Inks<\/a> and <\/span>Tim Holtz Flourish <\/a><\/span>and Splotches<\/a> Layering Stencils to create a beautifully textured\u00a0background and die cut butterflies using a\u00a0Butterfly Duo Die<\/a>\u00a0to add the\u00a0<\/span>focus, she finished with some machine stitching to add more interest and in keeping with the challenge theme.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a> made a notebook with stitching details on the front.\u00a0 She used Dina Wakley’s new Scribbly Circles<\/a> stamp set, Carousel<\/a> paper by Crate Paper and some Miss Match<\/a> Washi tape from Jane Davenport.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a patchwork wall-hanger for Christmas using Tim Holtz’s Christmas Paper Stash<\/a>, and embellished it with Festive Green Sizzix die cuts<\/a> and various idea-ology pieces<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/a> highlighted\u00a0 the edges of\u00a0 her card with different kind of stitches ! To create this project she used Tim Holtz Idea-ology Paper Stash CHRISTMAS<\/a>, Tim Holtz Sizzix HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS <\/a>and Tim Holtz Idea-ology DECO SHEETS<\/a>\u00a0and Simon Says Stamp Stencil FALLING SNOW.\u00a0\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cathie<\/a><\/a> tried a new technique to create the background for her card using the Tim Holtz Autumn Layering Stencil<\/a> and Distress Spray Stains<\/a>. The leaves are from the Tattered Leaves Bigz<\/a> and Mini Tattered Leaves<\/a> die sets. The faux stitching around the edges is from the Bo Bunny Stitches<\/a> stamp set.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0used stitching to create borders around the matted layers of beautiful paper from the Christmas Paper Stash by Tim Holtz<\/a>, which were then mounted on a burlap panel, layered with various idea-ology pieces including a Christmas Paper Doll<\/a>, wood slice<\/a> and Christmas Typography Findings<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kath<\/a> gave an old notebook a make-over ready to list all the jobs us girls have to do to make Christmas run smoothly using Tim Holtz Mini Christmas Paper Stash<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Swirly Snowflakes<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Retro Merry Christmas Thinlits<\/a> stitched with Red Eclectic Elements Craft Thread<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Lols <\/a>made a Christmas card using a Tim Holtz Christmas Blueprint Cling Stamp<\/a> and she stitched the edges using a We R Memory Keepers Sewing Machine<\/a>\u00a0and Black Multimedia Thread<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Macarena <\/a>made a purple – turquoise Art Journal pages stitching the main panel with negative diecut of Sizzix Dragonfly<\/a> and using Idea-ology Botanical<\/a> pieces to build the background and colored it with Prima Metallique Paints<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Maura<\/a> sewed up this little snowman using Tim Holtz’s Eclectic Elements Melange fabrics<\/a>, and decorated him with Tim Holtz’s Trinket pins<\/a> and Fluted Star findings.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> created a Christmas card this week with stitches on the background and using Tim Holtz Christmas Time Ephemera Pack<\/a>\u00a0and Idea-Ology Christmas Word Bands Findings<\/a>\u00a0to decorate the card.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sandra <\/a>went for a Christmas card, using the Dashing Deer die<\/a>\u00a0 as her focal point that she colored with Distress Oxide Vintage Photo<\/a> and Antique Linen<\/a>\u00a0 and framed with the Stitched Rectangles die<\/a>.

Zoey<\/a> used\u00a0Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps 2017 GREAT OUTDOORS CMS321<\/a> and\u00a0Dina Wakley HANDWRITTEN HEART COLLAGE Media Cling Rubber Stamp MDR46066<\/a>\u00a0to decor this card<\/p>\n
