It’s Estelle’s  last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)

Estelle make a home decor to add to her cabinet of curiosities. First she painted the hand with Paper Artsy Black Paint, and then with Nougat and Caramel mix. She used Tim Holtz Specimen and Oddities Stamp Sets along with Finnafair Soft Matt Gel and Collage Paper and covered with Distress Collage Medium Vintage. For the finishing touch she added Tim Holtz  Creepy Eyes, a Ball Chain and a Story Stick.

Anna-Karin made a double page in her square 8 x 8 Dylusions Journal. The night butterflies were stamped with Tim Holtz Specimen stamp set and the white dots in the background were done with Simon Says Stamp Bubble Wrap Stencil.

Barbara created an Idea-ology Mini Clipboard using one of her favorite stamps set by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous: Entomology. To give a steampunk style she used new dies by Tim Holtz Sizzix Mechanical, Distress Grit Paste Opaque, Distress Collage Medium Crazing

Cheiron created a set of ATCs with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and Oxide and combined it some other bright colors that she has been wanting to try out. She combined it with the Media Marks 1 and Media Marks 2 stamps, and a few doodles with a white Posca pen. She finished her ATCs with some embossed cut out images and some Idea-ology Small Talk Stickers.

Emma is so excited to be able to share her Mary Poppins inspired Framed Panel which uses a combination of brand new, and older Sizzix dies by Tim Holtz. She used the Flowery Thinlits Die to create the background before bringing the scene to life using The Park, Gatekeeper and Alphanumeric Bold Thinlits Dies.

Kath decorated a Kraft Gift Bag for a green fingered/keen gardener friend using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Carrot Bunny, Alphanumeric Stretch Upper and Tiny Type Lower Thinlits on a panel of Distress Watercolor card, stamped with Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Field Notes and Entomology and stencilled with Simon Says Stamp Clovers 6″ x 6″ Stencil

Macarena made a vintage tag with the Sizzix Faceted Heart die and her favorite resist technique using Distress Micro Glaze and several Distress Oxide ink pads. She also added Leafy Blossoms mould casting.

Maura has gone a little buggy this week, so she thought, why not make some insect-themed ATC’s? She used the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Specimen stamps, and added in some details with Tim’s The Professor and Tiny Toadstool stamp sets, along with distress inks like Rusty Hinge Distress Oxide.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Cosmo Paper on the background and decorated it with the embellishments from Stamperia Sir Vagabond Gears and Clocks Grayboard

Sandra made a grungy tag using Collage Paper TypesetStitches stencil and Grit-Paste. For the colors she only used black and yellow mediums like Nuvo Shimmer Powder Solar Flare and Infusions Black Knight

Zoey used Distress Oxide Ink + Spray to create this grungy Index Card . She also used Distress Grit Paste and Embossing Glaze. To add some texture she used Tim Holtz Ledger Script Stamp, she used Ephemera for decoration and the Sizzix Small Faceted Heart die as focal point.

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
