Orange Peel Color Coordinates

Color-Coordinates

Hi everyone! It’s Shari here with a new feature. Every Friday I will be highlighting a color from the Simon Says Stamp Collection of Cardstock and Ink. I’ve taken the time to search the shelves of the Simon warehouse to hand pick product that I feel goes best with each color in the collection.  I hope this makes your online shopping experience a little easier!

Today, I bring you Orange Peel! As you can see by the photo below, there are numerous papers, embellishments, twine, washi and even the perfect color of Copic marker. I have all the links below.

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great week-end!

  1. I love this post. I love how you pulled all this different stuff together. Very creative. I think this might be my fave post yet

  2. great card in the end – i watched the video first and the colors were different there, kind of darker but here the vibrant orange really pops :)

  3. Looking forward to this feature, I get overwhelmed when looking at so many products. It will be wonderful to see them come together like this. Thank you

  4. This was fun and fantastic. Sometimes it’s difficult to match things up. This is a great help aid and I look forward to seeing more colour posts. Thanks

  5. As someone who loves paper-crafting, but is partially colorblind, I cannot tell you how helpful a video like this is!!! I tend to stick with one brand at a time when creating, but that is often very limiting. Thank you SO much!

  6. A fabulous idea and a KIT that I would buy in a heartbeat !! Have you considered offering COLOR KITS? I think they would be big hit and I know, like the card kits, I’d be happy to subscribe to buy them!! Hint Hint!! Pretty Please!!!

  7. This is a very helpful post. As you do more of them for other colors, it would be even more helpful if all the information could be put in a place where it could be easily accessed so we wouldn’t lose track of it in a blog post that might be hard to find right when we need it. Maybe you could do a section on the SSS website for information like this since that’s where the information would actually be used to help with future shopping. Great card!!!

  8. I love this color inspiration idea. I’m not a big orange fan but may have to give it a try. Loved your card. Thanks so much for the video.

  9. A stunning color palette & a fantastic new feature. I don’t always trust my color sense, so this will be so helpful.

  10. Love those colours. The orange is making my mouth water. Love the colour combo on the card. Thanks!

  11. Thank you Shari. Kudos to all you creative folks at SSS for coming up with this fantastic assist for color matching. I struggle with putting color and patterns together. Also, you have solved the issue of spending hours looking through a ton of web sites looking for the “perfect” products only to be disappointed when my order arrives and it wasn’t what I thought it would be. You have covered it all. Thanks so much.
    Regards,
    Joe-Anne

  12. This is a terrific idea, but take it one step further and put all of these items together in a packet to sell. Sure would make things easy for those of us that have trouble matching colors and designer papers.

  13. Shari this is a great idea. It is so hard to try and match items from different collections on the computer. I look forward to these blog posts each week.

  14. Finally! What a fabulous idea, I’m a color/hue fanatic. I’ve actually called smaller on-line shops and ask them to select coordinating item. Please keep doing this. If there was a way to back reference from the shopping site – I pick an item and the video(s) it’s referenced to in is on the

  15. Awesome blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere?A theme like yours
with a few simple adjustements would really make my blkog jjump
out. Please let me know where you got your design. Thanks
