Let’s Get Artsy!

Hello and happy Monday!

This week the Monday challenge group is challenging us to get artsy! I love pulling out fun products and just creating with no plan in mind and no expectations. Creative play can be so fun and this weeks challenge is the perfect opportunity to do just that! So grab your artsy stamps (backgrounds, images, sayings, or anything else you have on hand) and let’s get artsy! ;)

Below are three projects created by the design team. The rest can be found on the Monday Challenge team blog here and if you click on each designers name, you’ll be taken directly to their blog where you’ll get more details about their project! ;)

And don’t forget that when you enter your projects into the challenge, you have a chance to win a $50 gift voucher to Simon Says Stamp!

Use the stamps of this kind for this challenge was very attractive. Their designs and their faces, possess something magical and antique at the same time. In my tag I tried to represent the phrase that I used up “It’s all perspective” and that is perfectly suited to the world of art and creativity. To do so, I used the gears and the magnificent face Stampers Anonymous Classics colored blue, to break out. I added the heart, right inside the head, because I think that hearts and minds should always walking together!

Mother Nature ended up on my tag today inspecting her children. I hardly ever use faces in my art but was inspired by the lovely face from the Stampers Anonymous Dreamers. The Wendy Vecchi Beauty flower is not only the flower being looked over by her Mother but it also creates the crown.

A die to cut Journaling cards? No, add a tab and they become fun and artsy tags. They were a snap to make with the help of Paper Artsy JOFY Mini 16 stamp. When stamped on top of the artistic Prima Free Spirit papers, the doodles came to life.

  1. Love these!! Can’t wait to get artsy! I love the die cut journaling card tags. The wires on top are awesome!

  2. Great projects. I must admit I don’t have too many “artsy” genes, so I’ll pass on this.
