Assembling a Card Scene

2015-06 (4)

Hi readers! Happy Saturday to you! Please join me in welcoming the fantastic Pamela Ho back to our blog as a guest designer! Isn’t this scene so adorable that she created? I think it’s fun to see cards that look like this to really show that you can get so many different looks and designs with stamp sets! Don’t you just adore the rosy cheeks on the bear?

Enjoy!

Mama Elephant’s new Bella Letters are just perfect for creating your own sentiments! I did a little birthday scene with Woodland Gifts and stamped my own sentiment.

I first cut out a piece of grass from green cardstock and stitched it in place onto the card base. I did some colouring, some partial cutting with Mr. Bear, bunny and mouse and adhered them onto the card using some foam tape. I finished the card off by stamping the music notes to make it look like the sentiment is sung by bunny and little mouse.

And there you go! A simple birthday card that’s perfect for anyone :)

  1. I do like the rosy cheeks, yes. I also like the stitching around the card edge. The animals are so sweet:) Beautiful background sky. The musical notes are the perfect finishing touch.

  2. I did it everyone, I subscribed to the monthly SSS Kits! Oh I hope I’m gonna love them. I’m so excited for Mama Elephants new release!
