We have four artists in the Designer Spotlight for the Let’s Take a Vacation Challenge!

#73 Color Paper Scissors – Cathie says: Zub created an amazing mini album that showcased our challenge so well. The textures and colors are dreamy and the design is fabulous. I can’t imagine how long this took to make but it’s obvious that a lot of love went into creating this gorgeous piece of art. Absolutely beautiful!!

Sandra says: This album that Zub has made is stunning! Love the texture of the cover like the seagulls and the stir are that are so subtle in the back, but also the little shells and sand! And all the pages with pockets and gorgeous labels are amazing!

#90 Margreet’s Scrapcards – Kath says: Margreet created a beautiful beach scene on her shell easel card…so much detail with the most adorable little puffin.

#137 Birgit – Maura says: I love Birgit’s take on vacation with her bright and cheery card! The image of the VW bus with all the suitcases piled on top brings back so many travel memories, and is beautifully colored.

#140 Kerstin – Maura says: Kerstin has created a beautifully altered old frame in a mermaid theme. I love the little extra touches like the shells, seahorse, and stamped lighthouse that surround the vintage photo.

Barbara says: I completely agree with Maura! Kerstin’s altered frame is fabulous. I was fascinated by the colors, so soft, from the vintage atmosphere of this project. Fabulous sea theme work!
