It’s that time of the week again – time to reveal our spotlight and voucher winners!

The Patchwork challenge really blew me away!! So many of you were inspired by the challenge and the projects were so fantastic. We have five to spotlight today:

#39 Rebecca Hoot shares an incredible canvas project including some details as to the “how-to” which I always love as well. Dan says: I love how she’s used a patchwork of paper scraps to create a base texture for a unique and charming piece of holiday art!

#41 Sheila uses a beautiful color palette to create a box (well, many tiny boxes!) that is so lovely. Tracy says – beautifully decorated box, gorgeous colours design and embellishments make for a very eye catching piece.

#43 Oxana was definitely a team favorite! Sandra said Really amazing card. Love the faux stitches and the vintage look. The bow with the pin is so lovely.  Suzz said – Oxana layered her paper with a touch of padding and sewing which created a shabby chic effect on her card with lovely neutrals.

#47 Laury absolutely took my breath away with her card. I want to make things with this color palette immediately! Anna-Karin said- This pretty patchwork card is a perfect example of the great effect you can get by patching together tiny pieces of scrap papers. The stars and silver embossing adds a perfect extra touch. Michelle said: With modern typography papers and stunning silver accents, Laury created a thoroughly contemporary look with an age-old “patchwork” feel.

#69 Polycraft had a super cute take on this challenge – and makes me want to make something with fabric patches (or paper!) again very soon. Michelle said: You’ve got to see this one. I love the hand-drawn element. She designed her paper quilt so that it looks like you want to tuck yourself in and get cozy. A thoroughly personal project that’s both unique and creative.
