(Fill In the Blank) <–

Hi Bloggers! Happy Saturday to you! We have a super fun feature with the wonderfully awesome and talented Teri Anderson! As you may or may not know, she designs super fun stamp sets for Technique Tuesday, and this featured set is of no exception!! I’ll let Teri tell you a little bit about her inspiration and let you enjoy the EYE candy!  Enjoy!

From the artist:

Teri here and I am way thrilled to be back here! (Thanks for inviting me again, SSS! friends!)
I wanted to share a few projects today with Technique Tuesday’s Fill in the Blank stamp set, which I just happened to design for them!
I thought it’d be fun to first tell you guys a little of the back story behind the stamp set. When I started designing stamps over a year ago now, I made list of half a dozen stamp sets I wanted to design. Because I always liked “fill in the blank type” books when I was kid (and still find them to be pretty dang fun), this was high on my list. I designed it last Fall, and it came out earlier this year.
Because I am a card maker, many of the phrases in the set work for putting together quick cards. Who has time to make masterpieces of cards all the time, right? Sometimes, I just want to make something that’s quick and fun, too! This set is great for that.
I also designed the set so it could be used on scrapbook pages, especially those pocket-page style ones. A lot of my friends were heavily getting into those kind of pages (myself included) so the phrases are sized to work on a journaling card.
I use this set all the time for those pages. I often stamp words on the blank lines, or I’ll just use letter stickers instead.
