cz01_simplesentiments_store_image1 There will be wafer dies coming soon to coordinate with many of her designs.

I love these cards below that Cathy has created (notice the sentiments are from her collection).  It’s hard to believe she’s only caught the card making bug so recently!

I think you’ll really love Cathy’s personality and charm.  Her blog is relatable and makes me giggle almost every time I read it.  Be sure to pop over. Please.  I’d love for you to see Cathy’s charm and wit.

But that’s not all folks, Cathy teaches online classes too! If you’re interested in an online class that’s created to be fun, informative and highly do-able, make sure you check out Cathy’s online class library!

Cathy has recently gotten hooked on stamping.  (I can relate to being hooked!, can you!?)  Let’s welcome her with open arms.  Please use the comment section here and on Cathy’s blog to welcome her and tell her what YOU love about stamping.  We will be reading the comments and select random people on our Simon Says Stamp blog next week to win her new stamps *that are coming in Mid May.

Happy Fri-YAY!  It’s great having you with us today!

  1. Welcome Cathy! First of all, I don’t think you could have “hooked up” with a more reputable company! So Congratulations on your brilliant move!
I love your sentiments in this set a little sassy and totally user friendly! LOL
You are new to stamping? Your cards are fantastic!
What do I love about stamping… EVERYTHING! I love the images, sentiments, dies, the fun tools, its therapeutic and I LOVE organizing, so I am totally into the right craft for me! LOL
So WELCOME aboard my dear, I am sure we’ll be seeing more of your work in the near future! ♥

  2. welcome Cathy, love the sets except the really big beyotch, I don’t call my friends “dogs” or bithces or swines or pigs or any other animal ;-), not sure where that came from, but I don;t think it’s friendly… but good luck to you and SSS

  3. Welcome Cathy! Yes I sure can relate to getting hooked I have tried to stop a few times but the stamp addiction is stronger ☺️ Love the alphabeth and numbers sets, much success to you!!!

  4. Congratulations on your new partnership with CZ Design. I am pretty new to stamping, but it looks like Cathy is creative, and has a great sense of humor! All ingredients for success!
Thanks for the chance to win.

  5. So exciting! These first 4 are so cool! My fave would be the Simple Sentiments No. 01 too, though the “sh t happens” sentiment in Salty Ladies No. 01 really made me laugh XD

    1. What do I love about stamping? That I can make the same design card, and by just varying the stamp and or sentiment (even ink color) I can make a totally personalized card!

  6. Welcome to the world of card making, Cathy! Your blog is hilarious and I LOVE the fact that you’re filling a large hole in the crafting world – a bit of sassy and salty sentiments!

For me the best part of card making is when I make something I’m really happy with (doesn’t happen with each creation for sure)and give it to someone who enjoys it as well. It has helped me maintain my sanity when I come home stressed from work, and a joy in stretching and expanding my creative abilities.

Well done and best wishes for great success!

  7. Love Cathy’s stamps, the sentiments are fun and florals and critters are so cute. Stamping makes me feel artistic, as my norm tends toward analytical engineering.

  8. Congratulations Cathy!! So excited for you and cannot wait to see what the future holds for you. What I love about stamping is the kindness it spreads!!! There is something very special about knowing that you made someone smile with something you created from cardstock, ink and stamps. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!! Stamping also relaxes me and just makes me happy. When nothing else seems to be going right, whenever I sit down and start creating there is a calmness that comes over me. Congratulations on your wonderful new adventure!!! So glad to have you!!!

  9. Welcome Cathy. Can’t wait to see what you have to offer. Love being able to make my own cards with stamps.

  10. Congratulations to Cathy! I think your stamp sets are a little “over the top” and not ones I would add to my collection. Best of luck to you!

  11. CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME Cathy!
SO HAPPY to hear that like most of us, you’re now hooked on stamping. The most wonderful thing about stamping is that you can take a stamp that many, many others can purchase, identical to the one in your hand and KNOW that what you CREATE with it is UNIQUE, a one-of-a-kind piece to show how much you care in the form of papery handmade love … I say papery as I’m mainly a cardmaker :)

  12. How nice that you are designing stamps now. I’ve always enjoyed your work!

I am a bit disappointed with both you and SSS for selling the set with the foul language. That’s all I’m going to say on that.

I hope your stamps sell well and that you have great success.
